Steve West

A Midwest transplant, Steve is currently the General Manager of a large mixed use condominium property in the heart of South Beach.  Over his career, Steve has managed more than 100 Chicago-area properties or community associations comprising more than 10,000 residential units.  In a real estate career spanning 20-plus years, Steve has worked in a variety of on-site and executive roles, including accounting, property management and portfolio management; and has overseen properties ranging from low-rise suburban apartments to city high rises, luxury townhomes and condominiums. He also spent seven years as a successful real estate broker, affording him a unique perspective on the relationship between effective community management, home values and marketability. Steve has a track record for sound financial management, resourceful problem solving and outstanding attention to detail.

 He is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA). 

Along with holding a State of Florida LCAM license, Steve also holds the CMCA designation from the Community Associations Institute.
